Yes. I would be happy to discuss your matter with no charge at the initial consultation. I handle initial consultations in person or over the phone.
How long will my case take?
This is always a tough question to answer. It depends on a number of factors. The largest factor is the ability of the parties to agree upon the major terms of the litigation. If the parties are able to reach an amicable settlement, the case can progress at a much faster pace. Once we have the opportunity to discuss your matter, I will be able to better assess the projected duration of the case.

Do you require a retainer?
For the vast majority of cases, an initial retainer is required. It is a fully refundable retainer, meaning that any unearned portion will be returned. This is the standard practice in the industry with divorce attorneys.
